Profile
Lucian Beer graduated from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria in 2014. In 2015, he obtained his PhD at the Medical University of Vienna in the field of vascular biology. Between 2015 and 2018 he worked as a Radiology registrar at the Department of Biomedical Imaging and Image-guided Therapy at the Medical University of Vienna.
His main research interest is oncologic imaging focused on PET/CT, PET/MRI and CT perfusion for characterization and staging as well as predicting treatment response and prognostication.
