Doreen is a Cancer Research UK Cambridge Centre and Cambridge Trust funded PhD scholar. She is co-supervised by Dr. Ferdia Gallagher (Department of Radiology), Prof. Klaus Okkenhaug (The Babraham Institute / Department of Pathology), Prof. Edwin Chilvers (Department of
Medicine) and Dr. Pippa Corrie (Department of Oncology). She joined the department after completing her Master of Research in Bioimaging Sciences at Imperial College London, with specialisation in the field of cancer imaging and pharmacology. She is interested in the development and validation of novel methods to image leukocyte infiltration into tumours as biomarkers of cancer immunotherapy in both patients and animal models.
